How fast are quotes?
Most quotes are returned within 36 hours. Jobs requiring engineering clarification, multiple processes,
or finishing may take a bit longer. We’ll tell you up front.
What files do you accept?
DXF/DWG/SVG (2D cut), STEP/IGES (3D), and PDF for reference. You can zip multiple files.
If you only have an STL, we can review it and may recommend a conversion to ensure accurate manufacturing output.
What’s typical lead time?
Lead time depends on material, quantity, and processes. We offer standard and expedite options and will confirm timing in your quote.
If your timeline is fixed, include the due date and we’ll route the job accordingly.
Do you help with DFM or file cleanup?
Yes. If something looks risky, such as bend relief, hole-to-edge, hardware, or tolerance stack-up, we’ll flag it before production.
The goal is clean parts on the first run.
