Quick Summary

Information We Collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect:

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to:

File Handling & Confidentiality

Your files may contain proprietary designs. We treat submitted files as confidential and use them only for quoting and fulfilling your request.

Sharing with partners

We may share the minimum required information or files with manufacturing or finishing partners only as needed to quote or produce parts.

Deletion requests

If you want your files deleted after quoting, email us and we’ll confirm deletion, subject to recordkeeping requirements.

Note: Email and file-transfer systems have inherent risk. If you require strict handling, such as an NDA, special portals, or encryption, tell us up front and we’ll coordinate a process that fits.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to support quoting, production, customer support, and basic business recordkeeping. If a project is inactive, we may delete files periodically to reduce exposure. You can request deletion at any time.

Security

We use practical safeguards to protect information, including access controls and standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risk.

Cookies & Analytics

We may use basic analytics to understand site performance, for example page views and traffic sources. We do not run ads based on your uploaded files. If analytics tools are used, they may set cookies or collect standard usage data, like browser type and pages visited.
